Delivery Times

Actual delivery time will depend on things like the shipping method you choose and the speed of processing in the relevant post office. Delivery can take longer during busier holiday periods, strike/industrial action or other events which can slow down the postal service. Unfortunately this is outside our control.

Below are guides for the times it can usually take for deliveries to reach you:

• United Kingdom: 2-3 working days. Most orders are delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

• Europe: 3-30 working days

• North America: 5-30 working days

• Australia, New Zealand & Oceania: 5-40 working days

• Asia Pacific: 7-40 working days

Cancellations, returns & refunds

Our priority at Happy Comfy Homes is that you enjoy what you order. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you want to cancel, please contact us If your order has not been shipped yet, it can be cancelled. And a refund would be issued.

If it has been shipped and you still don't want the item(s), you will have to re-ship the order back to me in its original condition/packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage from the person at the post office counter ? shipping courier in case it is lost in the post when you are returning it to me. Once your return has been received and checked, A refund for the full amount for your order will be issued. The postage cost cannot be refunded if the order was not cancelled before dispatch.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. These items are:

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) - this includes, Underwear, slippers, socks.

• Items on sale.

  Custom import and taxes (orders outside the United Kingdom)

  These fees are the responsibility for buyers and any import taxes that may apply.

  Happy Comfy Homes is not responsible for delays due to customs as this is completely out of our control.
