Delivery Times & Charges

Actual delivery time will depend on things like the shipping method you choose and the speed of processing in the relevant post office. Delivery can take longer during busier holiday periods, strike/industrial action or other events which can slow down the postal service. Unfortunately this is outside our control.

Below are guides for the times it can usually take for deliveries to reach you:

• United Kingdom: 2-3 working days. Most orders are delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

• United Kingdom: Charges apply for Royal Mail 24.

• All other zones Charges apply depending on the weight of the package

• Europe: 3-30 working days.

• North America: 5-30 working days.

• Australia, New Zealand & Oceania: 5-40 working days.

• Asia Pacific: 7-40 working days.

Delivery Policy

There is only one parcel charge per order. Your delivery charge is calculated during checkout.

For very large order sizes, we reserve the right to re-quote the delivery charge before acceptance and shipment of your order.

When will I receive my order?

You should normally expect your Home Delivery orders within 5 -40 working days from date of order placement depending on the country of delivery, but it may often be sooner. For non-UK-Mainland orders, delivery time may be longer as stated above.

Will all of my goods be sent at the same time?

We will pick all your items together and ship your order at the same time. However, depending upon the size of the order we may ship the order in more than one package. Consequently you may not receive all of the goods/packages at the same time. If you order an item which is marked 'pre-order' we will not usually dispatch your order until your whole order is ready. Email us if you'd like part of it dispatching sooner, and we will be happy to help.
